The German minor consists of at least 20 upper-division units of courses taught in German. Students wishing to minor in German should consult the undergraduate adviser.
Minor Requirements
Preparatory Subject Matter:
German 001, 002, 003: 15 units
German 020, 021, 022: 12 units
The minor requires completion of five upper-division courses. While four of these courses should be taught in German, one course can be taught in English and can include German philosophy, the arts, history, and political science.
