I would like to study orientalism theory using the reception and rendering of other culture in German literature and theatre. The interpretation of visual effects are also a part of the research which will be studies to understand the intercultural aspect in German culture. I am trying to understand the relation between colonialism and globalism through the eye of metropolitan and diasporic literature.
